LEVEL UP YOUR COACHING WITH THE QTF COACH DEVELOPER PROGRAM
Queensland Touch Football is thrilled to once again offer the QTF Coach Developer Program in the lead up to 2024 Junior State Cup (July 4-6). This free program, designed to primarily support U10 and U12 coaches, is also open to foundation/entry level coaches across all age brackets who are seeking additional support. The program has been designed to set grassroots level coaches up for success by providing advice, encouragement, training, professional development and mentoring in a face-to-face and in-game setting.
What will coaches get out of it?
Throughout the program, coaches will gain the confidence and skills to create a positive and welcoming experience for all players. From pre-event coaching and game plan development, to developing technical, tactical and process-related game plans – the program covers it all. And don’t worry, it’s not a test! The program is about offering support, advice and help tailored to your professional development and coaching plan.
What’s included in the program?
The program boasts a wide range of support including access to the Coach Developer Online Session (14th March, 6:30pm), training support in the lead up to Junior State Cup and all the resources a coach could want. Coaches will walk away ready to take their coaching to the next level.Â
Key dates:
March 14 – Program Welcome: Online session to discuss the training plan and game plans.
July 3 – Exclusive, invitation only Coach Forum before Junior State Cup
