EVENT PRECINCT

The 2023 Junior State Cup will be held at Cyril Connell Fields and Norbridge Park, Rockhampton – 78 Reaney Street.

The Junior State Cup will utilise 22+ fields to run over 800 games during the three days. Make sure you check out ‘The Hub’ during your time at the event, this will have everything you will need for the day including shaded chill out zone, activations from our event partners and plenty of options to grab a bite to eat. 

The Junior State Cup precinct is a pedestrian zone, with restricted vehicle access. This is to ensure a safe environment for participants, spectators, team officials and staff within the venue.

TENTS

Spectator Tents

We understand that some at some of our event venues there is limited shade and that spectators spend long days there, bringing with them pop up tents for shade. We will allocate certain areas where these tents can be positioned, to ensure emergency access routes are not impeded by spectator tents. These areas will be shown on the event site maps and will be marked at the event.

Please ensure all tents are secured correctly and safely as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. Any structure which is deemed to be unsafe by the event staff will be taken down.

Affiliate Tents

All Affiliates must complete a tent request form.

Please note we require ALL affiliates to complete the form even if you do not need to hire a tent, as we will allocate you a location within the venue based on the space you have requested.

PARKING

Parking areas at Junior State Cup will be outlined in the official Event Map. 

Please be aware that any cars found to be parking illegally or over resident driveways will be towed at the expense of the owner.

Affiliates needing to drop off equipment will be allowed access on Wednesday afternoon, further information will be provided to all Affiliate contacts regarding access.

DISABLED PARKING PERMIT
